Liturgy:

Father Molinari presented the new translation of the Roman Missal this last Thursday at 6:30 P.M. in the Church. This was a practice Mass offered to help prepare the people for the changes in the Roman Missal that will be implemented on the First Sunday of Advent, November 28. This session went over the Liturgy of the Word through the Creed. The Next Session will take place next Wednesday October 20, at 6:30 P.M. in the Church. This session will cover the Liturgy of the Eucharist. Please join us.

Our Latin Schola Choir will be singing at the 10:00 a.m. Mass on August 21. This Summer the Schola Choir is being led by Dean Applegate  Mr. Applegate is the founder and board president of “Cantores in Ecclesia”, a choral ensemble of boys, girls and adults, whose primary purpose is to provide Gregorian Chant and sacred polyphony for the Sacred liturgy. Dean Applegate is also Director of Music at Holy Rosary Church and a member of the Latin Liturgy Association and the Society for Catholic Liturgy.  Those who can read music and are interested in joining the Schola, please contact Jason Markowski at the Parish Office.
